The unique flagship boutique for OPM is in the “Excelsior and Grand” neighborhood. Keeping the loft-like quality of the space intact, 20 Below designed a decorative jewel-box structure juxtaposed against the raw shell. The finished product doubles as a boutique-by-day and an event-by-night, hosting everything from fashion shows to art openings.
